Each and every coach is different, and finding the right fit for you or your organization can be challenging. Pauleen has 25 years of coaching experience with a wide variety of people and organizations. She has worked with people all over the world , helping them to focus on their issues both in and out of the work place. She has her own coach and a mentor that helps her improve her practice and a support person who helps her do her own personal work. Pauleen continues to attend numerous personal development training courses throughout the year to sharpen her discernment skills and practice. Bob is a senior manager and engineer who brings many years of experience in consultancy to the table with special emphasis in: waste elimination, systems and life cycle thinking, continuous productivity improvement, value enhancement, sustainability change management, supply chain resource planning, logistics for manufacturing and process systems, and systems engineering for information, industrial, nuclear, management and environmental systems.
A key ingredient of Bob's style is as a communication facilitator between departments and management levels, keeping all parties informed of plans and progress – and involving stakeholders in those plans and actions.
He has a strong understanding of individual and organisational psychology and human dynamics enabling him to train and coach people to attain their highest levels of performance.
As a trainer and coach he has a sharp perception of critical gaps in the understanding of management-cultural issues blocking national and corporate cross-cultural cooperation.

Pauleen has a Master of Science In Human Resource Development and a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management. Pauleen is also a Licensed More to Life coach. Bob, has a Masters of Business in Finance and Economics a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering among others.

We are currently based in New York, USA, however, we have clients all over the world.

How do you work?

We work over the internet, using a voice over internet program - Skype. We work on the phone and have American and UK office numbers. We also work in person.

Can I talk with you first before I get started?

What happens if I don't like it after I get started?

You are in control of how many sessions you have. Often resistance arises when you hit on something consciously or unconsciously that is uncomfortable or hurtful. We can talk about what is happening and continue, postpone or finish your sessions.

What happens in the first session?

In the first session we plan a goal that you want to work towards. We make it SMARTER - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-scaled, Enjoyable and Recorded. We also contract for how many sessions, a block, or decide to continue until your goal is reached.

What do you do in each of the sessions?

We check in at the beginning of each session, finding what has changed and what got in the way of change. We then set a goal for our session. You may want to work on something from your last session or on something completely new or you may identify something specific as you check in. In each session you then work towards your goal, developing new skills, new beliefs and therefore new behaviours. At the end of the sessions you may have some self preparation work or practice to do until the next session. We always take notes, and sometimes send you some information via email at the end of the session

Is it confidential?

Absolutely! We never tell anyone about you, what you are working on or show anyone our notes. The notes are kept in a private and secure place in our offices. We gladly sign non-disclosure agreements when neccesary.

If I need help between sessions and I really want to work on it with my coach, what do I do?

Phone and talk with us. Don't sit on anything that comes up - give us a ring and if we are not immediately available we will call you back as soon as we are able.

How much do you charge?

Our prices are on a sliding scale linked to your circumstances. Call us for more information.

How long are the sessions?

Between one and two hours - you chose. Our recommendation is for one and a half hours.

What happens if I am deeply into something and my session end time is coming up?

We have a commitment to manage the time, and if you hit the 'mother lode' and are really into it we let you know the time and ask you if you want to continue. We never leave you hanging! We arrange something that will work for you.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

How do I reschedule a session?

Just phone or email letting us know you want to reschedule (as soon as possible) then suggest a preferred day and time.

I work early mornings on the weekend and have 2 slots available. That means the afternoon for the UK.

We have two permanent coaches and a number of associates - males and females. You can try two coaches Free

Can I talk to you in the evening after I finish work?

It depends upon what time zone you live in. Pauleen is on eastern standard time and she works no later than 4pm. Look at this site to work out your time in relation to hers.

Do you work on single issues or can I work on more than one?

You can work on any number of issues however We recommend that we focus on one goal at a time. We find that what gets in your way of achieving one goal will often be the stumbling block in other areas of your life. By working on one area you will improve other areas of your life as well.
